MEET OUR TEAM

Larry founded Nifong Realty in 1970 and has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry including development, construction, commercial real estate sales and leasing, and investment real estate, and has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate throughout the US. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin, and previously held licenses in Indiana and South Carolina. He is a member of the national, state and local Realtors associations. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Dave joined Nifong Realty in 2007 and focuses on nationwide site location and acquisition of new development sites in the retail and commercial sectors, tenant leasing and property marketing. Prior to joining Nifong Realty, Dave worked as a commercial broker in Wisconsin and the Midwest focusing on development properties, financial institution site acquisitions, and the sales and acquisitions of investment properties. Dave has been involved in the sale of over $200,000,000 and 3 million square feet of investment sales.

Ben joined Nifong Realty in 2023 and is responsible for generating new business through networking efforts, implementing win-win strategies, and identifying opportunities for future business growth. He joined the company after a 15-year banking career, where he grew and oversaw a commercial loan portfolio of more than $200,000,000 and served as Market President of Northeast Wisconsin for the financial institution.  Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphases in Sales & Marketing, and a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
